Personal Trainer client of the Month

I have been working with Nate since March of this year. During this short time my body has been changing and I am now actually seeing that. In the past five years it had been difficult for me to see that with any type of consistency. It actually became defeating at times and I would lose my motivation to exercise consistently and regularly. I am now weight training four days a week and have been inspired to take Muay Thai instruction and I’m looking at additional instruction for Mixed Martial Arts. I have learned so much detail about each and every exercise and how important the focus and consistency is for my body. Before I started training with Nate I was eating healthy, but not right. I didn’t realize how scientific the right diet needed to be. I’ve been losing about half a pound of body fat each week and replacing it with muscle. I still have a ways to go to meet some of my goals, but I am very pleased with the results in such a short period of time. It’s definitely been a game changer for me as it relates to my body and my day to day life!”
