“After years of playing sports, I became coach. Since starting to coaching baseball and golf, I found myself getting complacent in my own activity, so I took action! Since working with BOE, I have found my center, my active spirit again. I am learning more than I have ever done before. Being 42 and on the edge of sculpting my body into the best shape of my life. I am extremely proud to have taken this step to my personal development.
